What to Expect from Our Diving Open Water Course?

We have designed our diving open water course as per the guidelines set by the PADI certification body. This includes three distinct phases:

Knowledge Development

In this phase, you’ll learn the basic principles of scuba diving. Choose either classroom sessions or online modules. You’ll learn dive physics and physiology, decompression sickness, and safety measures. You’ll learn underwater communication techniques to interact with your dive buddies and instructors.

Confined Water Dives

During this phase of open water diving course length, you’ll get a chance to apply theoretical knowledge in a controlled environment, typically a pool. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, you’ll learn and practise fundamental scuba skills. This includes mastering breathing techniques, buoyancy control, mask clearing, and equalisation. These skills are essential for a comfortable diving experience.

Open Water Dives

Once you’ve completed the confined water training, it’s time for the exciting part—open water dives! During these dives, you’ll review the skills you learned in the confined water and apply them in real-world scenarios. All the required open-water diving equipment will be provided to you. Our instructors will accompany you as you explore the wonders of the underwater world, gaining confidence and experience with each dive.
